EMPATHY. EXPERTISE. EXCELLENCE IN CARE

Behavioural Therapy is a supportive service designed to help individuals overcome emotional, behavioural, and social challenges. Our skilled therapists work closely with children, adolescents, and adults to manage issues such as anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum behaviours, emotional regulation, and challenging behaviours.
Through evidence-based strategies, we focus on building positive habits, improving coping skills, and fostering independence in daily life. Whether it’s supporting a child to thrive at school or helping an adult navigate life’s stressors, our goal is to empower individuals with practical tools to lead more balanced, fulfilling lives.

OUR APPROACH
At Allied Health Co, our behavioural therapists take a compassionate, evidence-based approach tailored to the unique needs of each individual. We use a combination of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and functional behaviour assessments to understand the root causes of behaviours and implement effective, person-centred strategies.
Our therapy is goal-oriented, strengths-based, and always collaborative — involving families, caregivers, educators, and support workers where appropriate to ensure consistency across all environments. We focus on helping individuals develop self-regulation skills, increase independence, and improve their quality of life at home, school, work, and in the community.
